I don’t know about you guys, but my footwear choices between boot weather and sandal weather are very questionable. If you see me out in March and April, I could be in my grungy Uggs, my running shoes, my flip flops… who knows! I’ve never been one to embrace the sneaker trend, but this year I decided to hop on board (made much easier when wearing comfortable footwear). I’ve rounded up some of my favorite sneakers so you guys don’t have to go through the trial and error that I did when finding a pair that is both affordable and comfortable.
I love love love this pair. They have a slight platform so they give you some height, but they’re super comfortable. Size up a half size, because they do run a little bit small.
These are an oldie but a goodie. I love the clean, casual look of these as well as how comfortable they are. I can wear these for hours and not have to worry about blisters. You can’t go wrong with this classic.
These Superga sneakers offer the same classic look as the Chuck Taylor’s but with the platform of the Steve Madden Emmi’s. They run a little bit small, so I would size up a half size if you look into these.
Last but not least are the Adidas Cloudfoam sneakers. They must call them cloudfoam because they are literally like walking on a cloud made of foam. I mean, these are as comfortable as sneakers get. These run true to size and I highly recommend.
I hope these recommendations keep you from making the same footwear faux-pas that I do!
